STEP 2 - Packages Offered

	Company Clambake or Holiday Party	Every Company Clambake or Holiday Party booked with It's Your Entertainment receives the following... Online Planning & Music Request Forms Take your time completing the detailed Pre-Planning Form online in your spare time. Make requests with a Must Play, Play If Possible & Do Not Play lists. You can even have a special "Guest Request" password assigned that can be placed on invitations for your guests to make requests before the event. Pre-Planning Interview at Your Office We will schedule an appointment to meet with you at your office about 2 to 4 weeks before your event date. There we will go over the Pre-Planning Forms and Requests that you completed online & discuss and plan any special things that will take place at the event. Professionally Dressed DJs Your DJs will be dressed professionally. You can also choose from having your DJ in a somewhat casual slacks and tie, to a tuxedo vest and tie to match your event. The choice is completely yours! Professional MC Your main DJ will be your MC (Master of Ceremonies) for your Reception. He will take care of the announcements that are needed. Coordination With this package you will have an Entertainment Coordinator (head DJ and MC) along with an Entertainment Assistant. Your Entertainment Coordinator, besides being your MC, will work with the Catering and any other hired vendors to make sure that everyone is on the same page so that things run smoothly. This will help you to just relax and enjoy your reception and visit with your guests. Dont worry about a thing. Let us do that for you.

	Light Show	Light Show (Requires 2 DJs) The dance floor will never be the same with our Dance Floor Light Show. We have a nice 10 foot truss that is displayed over our setup with some really nice lights to set the mood on the dance floor. From slow dances to fun Hip-Hop songs, we have then covered with cool lights and a fog machine (if the venue allows).
