Every School Dance
booked with It's Your Entertainment receives the
following...
- Online Planning & Music Request Forms
- Take your time completing the
detailed Pre-Planning Form online in your spare time. Make requests with
a Must Play, Play If Possible & Do Not Play lists. You can even have
a special "Guest Request" password assigned to allow guests to
make pre-requests online. Put our web address on the invitations along
with a password and your guests can login and make requests. We will go
over those requests when we meet to make sure they are appropriate.
- Pre-Planning Interview at Your School
- We will schedule an
appointment to meet with you at your school about 2 to 4 weeks before your
dance date. There we will go over the Pre-Planning Forms and Requests
that you completed online & discuss and plan any special things that
will take place at the dance.
- Professionally Dressed DJs
- Your DJs will be dressed professionally. You can also
choose from having your DJ in a somewhat casual slacks and tie, to a
tuxedo vest and tie to match your event. The choice is completely yours!
- Professional MC
- Your main DJ will be your MC
(Master of Ceremonies) for your Dance. He will take care of the any
Introductions, and announce special dances and any other announcements
that are needed.
- Coordination
- With this package you will
have an Entertainment Coordinator (head DJ and MC) along with an
Entertainment Assistant. Your Entertainment Coordinator, besides being your MC, will work with the Catering, Photographer, and
any other hired vendors, to make sure that everyone is on the same page
so that things run smoothly. Dont worry about a thing. Let us do that
for you.
